Railings by Craig
Stainless Steel Cable
The stainless steel cable project below is on a new deck in Gig Harbor, Washington.  The job incorporated custom laser cut posts which were hot-dip galvanized and installed using sidemount plates.  Stainless steel hollow tubes were incorporated in the turns, with double posts installed at the ends using the "hidden end" technique.  Railings by Craig also designed and installed the "wave" grate on the catwalk extension to emulate the post design.

The railings below were designed and installed in a newly constructed home in Purdy, Washington, overlooking Henderson Bay. The clients wanted a sleek look to complement the contemporary design of the home. The posts and pickets were powder coated a standard black and Railings By Craig incorporated the hidden end technique in the corner posts.

The photos below are from the same new construction in Purdy, of the upper deck, the stairs to the lower deck and a photo of the Juliet balcony off the master bedroom. Rather than a wood top cap, the client preferred a steel top cap powder coated in a standard black. All exterior railings are primed and then coated with powders that are for exterior applications.

This project is located in South Seattle at a business that designs signs. The client needed to repair and bring to code his stairway, and with Railings by Craig, they designed the railings below.
